GROUP RAISES $3000 FOR GPHS MARCHING BAND
RAFFLE WINNER GOING TO NYC
The AutoCare Business Development Group concluded its fundraising raffle event on March 20th with the drawing of the winning raffle ticket. Janie Duewel and her mother will be going to New York City in November to watch the Grants Pass Marching Band & Auxiliary perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Their prize package includes airfare, meals, hotel accommodations in the heart of Times Square, tours, and a Broadway Show.
$3000 of the revenue generated by the raffle event will be donated in support of the GPHS Marching Bands trip to New York City.
The AutoCare BDG offers the community another way to help support the band’s trip. Just mention your desire to support the band when having maintenance or repair services performed at any of the member shops. A portion of your repair bill will be donated to help support the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade event.
